Warranty validity is subject to the accuracy of information provided. Sonus faber reserves the right to cancel warranty registration if incorrect information is provided.
Warranty extension cannot be confirmed if the registration is over 30 days from the invoice date. If your product was delivered more than 30 days after your invoice date, please provide information and a valid delivery document in your warranty registration.
The customer must reside in the same country as the dealer from which the product was purchased.
Warranty extensions are not available for products purchased in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Japan.
Warranty extensions are not available for used or demo products.
